As the courtyard bursts into color, so does life here at Cottingham. This month we welcomed warmer days with morning walks, fresh-cut flowers on every table, and our first cookout …

Lovely facility. The staff are kind and helpful. My mother is in the memory care section and her nurses and aides are lovely, compassionate, and empathetic. It's not a brand new shiny facility, but it's clean, in good repair, and very safe for the residents.
My dad has been here for almost two weeks and the experience has been great. The HR team, nurses, and staff have all been very helpful, welcoming, and supportive. The move-in process was smooth and accommodating, which made the transition much easier. I would definitely recommend this place.
I have not been this relaxed or happy for a long time!!! Thank you. I rate you and your staff along with residents a 10. I would recommend to others.

Monthly Resident Birthday Celebration
Cake, live music and a room full of cheer as we honor everyone celebrating this month.
Held on the last Friday of each month in the Activity Hall. Families are warmly invited — RSVP at the front desk so we can save a slice for your loved one.

Burgers on the grill, lemonade in the courtyard, and grandkids running the lawn games.
Our courtyard comes alive each spring with a catered cookout, a photo booth, and an ice-cream cart for the little ones. Watch the feed for this year’s date.

A heartfelt morning recognizing the residents and staff who served our country.

Outing Holiday Lights Drive
Hot cocoa and a cozy bus loop through the brightest neighborhoods in town.
Evening departures throughout December. Blankets, carols, and plenty of “oohs” guaranteed. Seats fill fast — sign up on the activities board.

Therapy dogs make their rounds, bringing wagging tails to every wing.
Our volunteer pet-therapy partners visit every week. If your family pet is certified and you’d like to join the rotation, talk to our Life Enrichment team.

Caramel apples, a craft market, and the whole community out on the front lawn.
Our biggest day of the year — open to neighbors, families, and friends. Local vendors, a pie contest, and live bluegrass on the porch.
